You Deserve It Mentoring Center Inc. 4 Youth are restoring the lives of youth in our community. We are a mentoring service organization founded in 2013. Our primary mission is to enhance the quality of the students in our community by providing programs designed to support education, enhance self- esteem, and equip student’s middle school to college with life skills that lead to healthy productive choices. YDI has adopted both conventional and traditional ways to help deliver effective and sustainable solutions to transform students into dignified citizens. YDI is a grass-roots organization that supports Teen empowerment, through engagement of various intervention activities that help transform their lives. YDI is a non-profit, charitable organization under Section 501(c) (3).

The need for "You Deserves It Mentoring Center Inc." Institute of Youth Empowerment is a place to transform the student(s) of our community and the surrounding area is paramount. YDIYP will fill the void that exists in the life of a students that come from single-parent homes, dual-parent homes, runaways, students with emotional and behavioral issues, economically challenged students, and those who just need support in any capacity.

As we grow our services, we want to continue to partner with the city mayor, local organizations, churches, schools, civic organizations, health centers, and local law enforcement to provide the much-needed help in facing the disadvantage teen of our community.

Our programs are a hands-on approach designed to teach our students how to face and handle the day-to-day challenges they face and make smart decisions. We empower our students with tangible life lessons that improve their self-esteem and confidence. We give them the support system necessary to know that they are not out there alone.
